It comes with a t-shirt(console specific), an artbook, and a tournament bracket(whatever that is), in a nice tin box. It's almost as sweet as the GTA IV Special Edition. I'm glad to see that special edition versions of games have been coming with more than a useless behind-the-scenes DVD lately, even if they do cost a little more. Like Bioshock(which came with a Big Daddy figure), and Devil May Cry 4(which came with the first DVD of the anime). Not to mention the Growlanser series, which has always come packaged with a lot of goodies. Has anyone else seen the Special Edition versions of Soul Calibur IV?
