I mean why would I pay $10 for Dr. Mario when I can play it on the NES? The only difference is graphics which doesn't really change the game and online multiplayer which I don't need. If it ends up being good I'll probably get it. And it's interesting that it has elements of the more recent Excite games because if I'm not mistaken, you can change the environment by hitting certain icons on the track.
