I hope you guys enjoy this collection of hilarious moments from my many rounds of Brawl. For reference: I’m generally always Player 3, nothing was staged, and aside from a few visual changes – we never actually hacked any of the gameplay itself. It’s possible you may need to watch this more than once to soak it all in….

I didn’t even know you could get shiny anything. Also, I call abuse of Fire Emblem characters!
That was pretty cool. I especially liked the part with Entei in Peach’s Final Smash.

Man, I need the Shiny Pokemon hacks and where did you get Dry Bowser? I’ve searched but cannot find it.

Great video Ray. Got to love Jessica’s final smash killing everyone, probably her only kills for the round. Other personal favorites include the two dream land clips, because you just weren’t meant to win. Oh and Mr. Saturn still makes me laugh.
Just as a reference for everyone else, Brawler08 can be identified playing as “Grady” and is generally Player 1 more often than not.
By the way, what did you use to capture this from your TV, Ray? The video quality is really nice.
Overly Short Answer: I used “Dazzle Video Creator Plus.”
Additional Longer Explanation: There was plenty of troubleshooting involved with the various settings, but the best I found was capturing the footage as 720×480(widescreen) .AVI files at 29.97fps – and I’d also recommend turning on Brawl’s ‘deflicker’ setting.
Now It’s Simply Too Much Information: And it can even get more complicated than that depending on the setup. For me, I made sure the captured footage had interlacing, then told After Effects to interpret the footage as just that – with the upper field first.
Did you just go out and get a Dazzle? Didn’t you not have one before?
I purchased one for just this occasion, though I’m sure it will be used again.
Internet Police reaction: I know some of it was staged! I can SEE exactly where it was staged. Its you “people” who make YouTube horrible.

Nice video! Out of curiosity, how many hours of footage did you have to go through?
I had over 100 replays to watch through (many were over the three-minute limit thanks to a hacking code) and many scenes didn’t make the cut because they simply didn’t fit with the fast-paced nature of this video.
I always forget how devastating Jigglypuff can be
Jigglypuff was the best character in melee. I don’t care what the tiers say. She rocked. She isn’t quite as good in brawl.

There are so many Smash Brawl moments my friends and I wanted to save, but the matches always went past 3 minutes (we’d quit if something happened before 3min)
