Happy (Almost) New Year, everyone! It’s been a really busy time for both me and Ray. We’ve been out of town and Ray just knew he couldn’t get a comic done. So, Tim’s Take to the rescue! Certainly nothing amazing, and I know it lacks Ray’s polish, but it feels about right for closing out 2009. Seeing Pac-Man and Inky take a break to take in the new year is as heart-warming to me as the Smash Bros. saving Christmas! Plus with my Pac-Man arcade cabinet finally finished, and my tendency to turn to Pac-Man comics when time is short, what else would you expect? Anyway, hope you’ll stick around into 2010 as we’re still committed to giving you as much free entertainment as our free time allows! To kick it off, we’ll have some nice little site updates for you before the ball drops!

Since I wasn’t expecting a comic at all (even after seeing Ray’s tweets), this was a pleasant surprise. Nice Comic Tim! The signature in the corner was a nice touch too. 😉

Pac-Man is getting excited about the new year as we all kind of do, but he should know by now that he will just continue to run around the same old maze, from the same old ghosts, eating the same old dots and pellets.
I guess it’s kind of ironic in a way. A very subtle humor. NCT

The light blue ghost is Inky, they all turn dark blue when Pac-Man eats the power pellets.

Tim’s Take USED to be bad, but now its gone up the ladder (cant really think of anything else that would be the opposite of “down the drain”)
Good thing I checked today! I will say that I enjoyed this comic, but only after reading it several times. Some great clever humor going on, this is the kind of humor I love. Although I must say, I laughed when I thought about some of the new Pac-man games. While he may be going around different environments, all of the layouts, enemies, pellets, and bonus items are pretty much the same; never would have thought about it like this until now. Thanks for the comic Tim and Happy New Year everybody!
Another Tim’s Take? I don’t know to be happy that Tim actually took time out of his busy schedule of swimming in money to make a comic or be mad cause of it being another Pac-Man comic.

This is unrelated to the comic, but ray, I got Jessica and the silver eclipse for Christmas. It’s amazing, i can’t stop listening to it. You just have so much musical talent. Unfortunately every one i know doesn’t like your music. 🙁

It looks like you can fire Ray now, especially with a backlog of recyclable art and Me on your side. Less people to share the pool of money the better.
Devin, you forget it isn’t a pool of money anymore. That all went to Lily. It’s now a pool of diapers and used pacifiers.
I thought Tim moved the money into a college fund, and then refilled the pool with the Doritos Tim won for the game idea contest.
