Name That Game #5 [Update]

[Update]: CouchPotato99 is certainly correct. The game is the ever-popular… [spoiler]Halo 3! I used Halo 3 because of the response to our last comic. I figured since everyone here hates Master Chief, it might be fitting to squeeze him in once more ;)[/spoiler]
Above, you’ll see a small portion of a much larger picture. This picture is some sort of official artwork for a videogame. It could be a screenshot, or box art, or a flyer, or anything the publisher put out related to the game. Your challenge is to figure out which game it’s from. If no one guesses correctly in a reasonable amount of time, I’ll expand the window a bit and let you see a little more. This is a ‘just for fun’ contest, but you should still try to Name That Game!
Seeing it’s for fun, and therefore my kidneys should be in tact if I get this wrong, let’s have a guess X3
Well it looks newish, but seeing I can’t think of any new games with sandstorms in them and the only real game I can remember with promotional sandy art is Jak and Daxter 3, I’m gonna go with it X3

This was the best “Name that Game” yet. Wallpaper instead of box art, and zoomed in really far in the picture. It really could have lasted longer if it wasn’t from such a popular game.
