   I think it’s the breasts. Her chin is almost touching them, they should be just a tad lower. Naturally the boobs are all I’m capable of critiquing. Reply to this comment.

   Well now.. Sapphire, Ruby and Emerald are colours as well… I always found it odd they had pearl as pink.. when I certainly have never seen a pink pearl.. Reply to this comment.

    yeah, its tough ray, you want to relax the upper-body a bit. the chest and especially the shoulders are too high, the back is unnaturally contoured. My advice is to do some research; look at a variety of comic or cartoon artists who’s style you’d like to integrate into your own and practice drawing, first copies of their work, then your own characters in a similar style. After a while, you’ll get a better idea of what it is you like about these artists’ styles and how you can enrich your own style with it. Hope that helps dude! Reply to this comment.

    Yeah, steal other people’s styles! (sarcasm, btw) Besides, Diamond IS masculine because it’s hard and used to be coal. Heck, Pearl could be masculine too, since pearls are specks of dirt lined with oyster spit. I defy you to find something more masculine than coal and spit. Reply to this comment.
