Well, at least I know if the artwork starts to suffer, I’ll just suggest a Smash Bros. comic to get Ray back on track! This idea was one I had months ago, but we locked it away until MGS4 came out. I hope all you PS3 owners enjoy the game this week. There’s something inside me that wants a PS3 now that MGS4 is out, but I know I can’t even consider getting a PS3 until I convince my wife we need a Blu-ray player. Then when I come home with a PS3, she can’t complain! Mwua-ha-ha!!!
I couldn’t believe Tim would be okay with doing yet another Smash Bros. comic, let alone be the one to actually suggest it! But I knew this would probably be my final opportunity to create awesome Smash Bros. panels and really had at it. I think this comic is one of our best, and I worry it may be one of the last that look this good…

Alright. For some reason RIGHT after I posted this it started working for this comic. Hmm… very suspicious. What’s so hard to understand about a rapid growth genetic clone from Big Boss being the weakest (yet most mentally sound) of the Big Boss clones but the side effect is that the cells break down at a rapid rate, effectively turning a 70 year lifespan to one of mid thirties beffore old age. It’s not like the other two clones have their own issues such as serving as President of the United States before going guano loco and staging the entire Shadow Moses incident or the other clone simply being a braggard nobody severed arm with a HUGE superiority complex…
Okay, yeah… doesn’t make much sense. But you know, after I watching Nicholis Cage steal the Declaration of Independance to find a hidden treasure… Americans have no right to point the “logic train” finger at Kojima…
I’ve never understood the appeal of the Metal Gear games. I was very skeptical of Snake being in Brawl. But if Snake hadn’t been in Brawl, we wouldn’t have this awesome comic, so I guess it all worked out for the best.

It makes sense that after brawl, and many years of aging Snake would be missing an eye, and need pills.

Then you probably found the hidden salt and vinegar chips hidden in the 5th panel.
Are you insane? There’s only one salt and vinegar chip. You see, the Zero Lazer is more of a blue color. And that makes it obvious that the “Zero Lazer” Is actually a single salt and vinegar chip that’s completely covered in salt. Although you’d probably die from eating it ’cause eating too much salt at once can kill you.

And seriously, all three of those center panels could be great wallpapers, each by themselves. And actually, the last Panel could be made into a wall paper too… Think of this:
You have the last panel (snake – old and achy) blown up for the full wallpaper. Snake himself takes up the right side of the wallpaper, the background extending to the left. Then you have, on the left, the middle three panels super-imposed over the background, like they were snake’s thoughts/memories/flashbacks. Snake would say “Dang-nab it, Nintendo” real small between the two sides. It would be perfect! 🙂

Hahaha! NCG! This is the first PS3 game I’m getting on launch day! In fact, it probably WILL be the only one, (Well, until Rock Band two, or Ratchet and Clank 6, or Little Big Planet, or Soul Calibur 4 etc.)
My comment feed starts with Tim’s post, and does not include any comments on this thread before that. Is there some reason to limit the number of items in the RSS feed?
If comments come in fast and if my reader doesn’t check fast enough I just miss them?
I am using Google reader for this, so it isn’t like I can set it to check fast enough to make sure that six comments don’t come in between updates, which is why I missed out on comments for this thread.
Where I’m from, that would deserve a slap. Oh, and TWEWY sucks. Just watch Yahtzee’s review of TWEWY yet? Because I agree completely. Plain and simple, TWEWY’s just not my cup of tea. But Tales of (insert) rocks my socks

Actually no. Those were released by Nintendo. Did you know that there are 37 or so variations of the DS Lite? Only 12 or so of those are different color schemes, all the others are limiteds, like the dragon one, or the It’s a Wonderful World(TWEWY) one, or one my favs, the Gundam one. *Edit* There’s a bunch of pics of some of the DS Lite’s here
P.S. Ike owns(in Brawl). And axes are not at all awesome. On the awesome spectrum, they’re all the way at the end at “totally lame”, by the tonfas, and lariats

That is something I have noticed while playing Brawl (that came out wrong), and I also find that very disturbing as well. But not as disturbing as Zero-Suit Samus. Why would Nintendo go into that much detail for a woman wearing a skin-tight suit? That’s really creepy to think about.

Yea, I started reading at the Sonic + Tails + Marine comic.
This is the best webcomic I read.
And I read CAD, OOTS, VG-Cats, 8-bit theatre, xkcd, Penny Arcade, Digital Unrest, Dueling Analogs, Awkward Zombie, Cyanide and Happiness and many more.
Okay, Off topic, but I just got to listening to your second newest podcast (Even though my connection was crappy when it was downloading two weeks ago and downloaded for only a second and never downloaded again, still having all of it.) and I agree. The podcast is funnier and better than the comic. I only download you guys and Penny Arcade (Plus The Instance, but that’s cause of a huge WoW addiction, so it doesn’t count.). So be happy. You’re up there with Penny Arcade.

I read Snafu Comics, Tin the Incompetent Ninja, Grim Tales from Down below, Sugar Bits(Yes lotta Snafu there), VG Cats, XKCD, Achewood, Dueling Analogs, Left Handed Toons, and of course XKCD and Cyanide and Happiness. But without a doubt 2PSTART is my favorite, especially with how personal the site is and how we have basically started our own community, I’ve always loved that about this site.

Megaman 9 has yet to be announced. But I would bet that it’s in production at the moment(especially since it’s existence has been confirmed by the OFLC). I mean, Capcom is bringing back Street Fighter and Bionic Commando, why not the original Megaman?
