   Took me a bit to get it, but get it I did. The Roomba, I know turns around when it hits something, but I don’t think I ever played a game where the Goomba hits you and does no damage…I dunno, maybe I need to play more Mario games. The header’s pretty funny though. Reply to this comment.

    Yeah, I was one of those who didn’t get it ’till I found out what a roomba was, but I guess that’s ok. I’m so used to you guys doing comics based on current video game news that I found myself thinking “I wonder what game this is, I guess I’m not up to date” Thank goodness this isn’t a game! When Goombas hit non-players (such as a hill or something) they turn around, so I guess this is implying that the Roomba isn’t enough of a threat to be considered a player Reply to this comment.

    Well, I liked it a lot! I think it’s hilarious. :) When goomba’s hit something, they turn around. When Roomba’s hit something, they turn around. Simple. Brilliant. It’s great.     Genius! I think this comic is greatly unappreciated. If people look at it for what it is, I think they’d appreciate it more. You have to think “Oh my gosh. Here are two things that, oddly enough, share all but the first letter of their name and both of them do an about face when they hit something. In a battle against each other, no one wins and that’s actually pretty funny.” I thought this comic was awesome, guys. I literally said “wow” when I saw the end result. It’s definitely subtle humor, but I think you guys hit this one spot on. Good work! Reply to this comment.

    Funny Comic, But the production values are lacking, looks like a lot of copy/paste/slight edit in there. You guys need my help more than I thought. DJ, WE NEED TO DO ANOTHER GUEST COMIC AND FAST!!! I wonder if anybody will add these ‘characters’ into MUGEN one day… If people can have Sonic Vs Mario Vs Peter Griffin from family guy Vs Spider-man, This is veeeerrry possible in the future. my vote, four out of five little smileys / Reply to this comment.

And the first 2 1/2 seasons of Yugioh GX (then my Tivo stopped recording it for some reason, but the show in realitly kept going, i didnt find this out until much later. DARNIT! Look at Tim’s arms, the one on the viewer’s left is parallel to the body, the one on the viewer’s right is not, just like mine… I can’t believe you did that though, I laughed more at that little thing than at the comic itself… I even opened My comic up in another tab and just spent a minute or so flipping between pages to compare, Other than some differences they are very alike, just to show, you do care about me your fans…*crys with happiness* ((Can a brother get a hug around here?!)) WHERE did you see that? in the fourth dimention? Also, yesterday i changed my gravatar from a pic of mario to a pic of sonic… and the pic to the left of my posts STILL hasnt changed, no matter what i do. its changed for everything else. HELP!     Well, I was bored, so I decided to make a GIF of the comic. The picture quality isn’t great, and I didn’t focus that much on the timing (just 1000ms each), but whatever, here it is: Goomba vs. Roomba Animation And I didn’t notice that the clouds and stuff in the background actually moved before…so it wasn’t just total copy/paste after all.     I really enjoyed this surprisingly. Simple, kinda dry, but still funny. Didn’t get it until I read the title (I fail at reading in-comic text unless its near the action it seems…) but after that, had a good chuckle. Ray: Even when you aren’t doing too much.. you still pay such close attention to the small details. Thanks, although it also points out some flaws with my sloppy alignment between the interface and the stage…. But it should make the secret drifting clouds more obvious at least.     There are some strange shading issues with the feet (mainly the left one). Like you didn’t change the shading with the foot in back instead of in front. Also the outline is misaligned on the 4th panel on the left foot so it looks kind of weird. Just thought I might point that out, its funny though. Reply to this comment.

    I always thought of bowsers master plan as being this. getting a goomba and dressing it up as a mushroom. than tell it to hide in a floating jack-in-the-box (hey, there are floating blocks). mario will jump to hit it, the goomba will fly out and start walking like a mushroom (preferably on an ice stage). Mario will simply have to touch the evil poisened skin of the deadly goomba and he will be lying dead on the ground (asuming he had lost all his lives). Reply to this comment.

    It’s a good thing the Roomba wasn’t in a Kart or on a Bike, otherwise the Gooma totally would have had a TKO. God help them if Mario’s feet are involved, but those Goomba’s are impervious to being run over! Reply to this comment.
