Thanks for these valentines! They are still awesome even after all this time! Also I think it might be a really good valentines gift for the fans if you were to do another podcast soon… (hint hint). 🙂

ValentiNES! I forgot about these. Good thing I happened to check the site this time of year. I’m glad to see that it’s not 100% forgotten.

  7. Happy Anniversary 2PSTART!! It is amazing how things have changed since the days I was on this site on a near daily basis, reading comics, listening to podcasts, and posting in the forums discussing games with others.

In those days, the Wii could do no wrong and I was playing Smash & Mario Kart all the time. Until all of a sudden the XBOX360 piqued my interest enough to get one and then the PS3 did as well and the Wii started collecting dust and then the active 2PSTART era ended. And now the PS360 are collecting dust while I’m back to playing Smash and Mario Kart on Wii U. Ha!

Well, not entirely true, the PS3 had been playing Frozen all the time because 2 year old. And I will say, if you thought a blue shell was the quickest way to lose first place in Mario Kart, you’ve never played games with a squirming child. That’s ok, while Mario Kart may be boring she really enjoys watching Captain Toad right now, so that’s awesome.

Anyway, I got lost on a tangent, but thank you Tim & Ray for being a part of those days on the Internet. And thank you Joystiq (who posted their last post recently), the site that brought me here in the first place with their weekly webcomic wrapup. It was a blast!

Wait, Jon Stewart’s leaving the Daily Show? What’s going on here?!?

Thanks for still checking out the site! I love reminiscing about the Wii ‘heyday’ as well, good times for all…

Wait – why can’t I comment on podcasts? Am I missing something? You guys . . . I really want to hear more of you two. In the SIX YEARS since this ended . . . nothing has come even closer to filling the void that you two left. I miss hearing people I want to hear talk about video games, or do something creative. The Internet needs you two. We all do.

Happy Birthday 2P Start! I still think fondly of the days when you were updated regularly. Here’s to hoping we hear from Tim and Ray again. Eventually.
