   A GameTrailers Bioshock retrospective would be hilarious. Although I’ve been confused by the “it’s going to be a franchise” talk; isn’t it already the third game in the “*Shock” franchise? Reply to this comment.

   Yeah, there was system shock 1 and 2 before bioshock, although this game isn’t strictly a sequel to them. Reply to this comment.

   Author Comment Yeah, BioShock is considered the ‘spiritual successor‘ to the System Shock series, so it’s not part of the same franchise. Reply to this comment.
