1. Half of my friends all play Pet Society. I’ve never really been interested in it. Now, since Ray’s playing it, I’m going to play it all the time now.

Good podcast guys, though now I really want an option to hear the podcast in reverse. Perhaps you’ve hidden secret messages throughout all of them.
My take on the Netflix party; interesting in concept, but I think they just decided to make something up to go along with the REAL update: adding movies to your queue while on the XBOX. Which, honestly, should have been on there from the start. The number of times I’ve gone up and down stairs because my computer was not on the same level as my XBOX was ridiculous. Thinking back, I probably should have used the Wii to access my queue… dang…
Anyway, I recently moved which solved 3 Netflix/Xbox issues:
1) No more stairs!
2) Ethernet cable vs. wireless adapter; noticeable improvement
3) Cable internet vs. DSL; vastly significant improvement!
Okay, to answer your concerns about the Playstation Case, Ray, allow me to start by saying ALL THREE do console bans. Yes, even Nintendo will console ban abusive behavior reported to them. And yes, behavior has to very very extreme to be banned from any of the three’s consoles. But to answer your question about “who would even take this case?” No one. Emelio is representing himself and even filed the court documents himself. I repeat, no lawyer is representing him. Consider this not a failure of lawyers in this country but rather an essentiall admission of the entire legal system that anyone can sue anybody over anything. *facepalm*
Also, Tim, to answer your question, I would use that Netflix party service. Mainly because several friends of mine who used to watch terrible movies together and rip on them have moved far away. And doing it either through Skype or Netflix is hilarious to us. Nothings better than ripping on a movie like Tokyo Zombie or Judge & Jury with friends. And since I’m basically locked here due to gainful employment in a very fickle market (game artist), lots of friends have moved on.
But good podcast, guys. (I know I haven’t been commenting a lot on the main threads). Also, when do youse guys record anyway? I logged in Saturday to see Ray’s recording done tweet and was all like “darn you Patapon! I miss everything because of you!”
All I’m really going to say is lol at the guy who is banned from PSN. Not only did he agree to the terms of service, but Sony is also a Japanese based company. And last time I checked, Japan did not have freedom of speech of any kind.
Also, Ray. Did you know You can now load custom music in Brawl with Phantomwing’s newest File Replacement code? It’s pretty simple to do, the only problem is that songs over 5 minutes (as far as I’ve tested) have froze the game. But yeah, it’s awesome. I’ll put the code in a spoiler tag (hopefully I can get it to work).

Also a heads up, there’s no need to make your own loop point in your songs, since the game loops the music tracks itself. But if you want to do it go ahead.

Hi guys, another great podcast. I regularly listen to your podcasts and subscribe to your comics, and I have to say, great job.
Oh, let me get this out of the way. Some months ago, I tried to reply through your site and thank you for a video game suggestion, but the site bugged out. I got upset and just forgot about it. But anyway, thanks for the review of Scurge: The Hive. It was a great suggestion for those coming down off of Metroid: Fusion high.
As for these entitled kids, I agree. Someone has to sort them out or they will continue to ruin some of the best mmo games out there. But regarding Nintendo, they are not so much NAZI Germany, as they are “Surrender Monkey France;” they can do some spectacular things with the Wii, but they just don’t want to do it. Also “Surrender Monkey France” is an idea I took from the Simpsons Game, Medal of Homer Stage, so it is relevant to gaming (if not to real life, ya’ know).
